When you stay at Buganvilla 252, you'll have access to the Cocotal Golf & Country Club facilities, which include a 27-hole golf course, a clubhouse with a restaurant, a bar, a pool with Balinese beds, and paddle tennis courts ($). From Buganvilla 252, you'll be close to the local village and one of the best beaches in the Caribbean: Playa Bávaro (2 to 3 miles away). Cocotal Golf & Country Club is a private residential area with gated entrances and 24-hour security. This is a wonderful place for you to stay with your family and/or friends and enjoy a Caribbean vacation with sun, sand, and golf. The villa was recently completely remodeled, and all new furniture was purchased. Everything is in perfect working order.

Location:

Buganvilla 252 is located approximately 14 miles from Punta Cana International Airport (a 25–30-minute drive) in Cocotal Golf & Country Club, the heart of Bávaro, Punta Cana. The villa sits directly on the golf course and features a private pool area with golf course views.

The villa is just 700 meters (a short walk) from the golf clubhouse, where you’ll find a shared pool area with a children’s pool, playground, exotic Balinese beds, a bar, restaurant, and paddle courts ($).

The stunning Bávaro Beach is nearby, and guests of Buganvilla 252 enjoy preferred access to the Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant on Bávaro Beach (2–3 miles away). You’ll also be close to Los Corales, a lively area with small restaurants, bars, shops, and beach access.

Note: Guests do not have access to the Meliá/Palma Real Beach Club (owners only).

The Space:

Buganvilla 252 is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa spread across 2 levels, with a spacious outdoor area featuring a furnished covered terrace, unheated pool, and sun loungers. Both indoors and outdoors, you’ll find a dining table seating 8—perfect for tropical dinners with family and friends.

The interior embraces a contemporary style: minimalist décor with modern furniture and subtle Caribbean charm. The open-concept layout (kitchen, dining, and living room) creates a welcoming, airy ambiance.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, with central A/C and split units in the bedrooms and ground-floor living area.

All 4 bedrooms include:

• Private bathroom (shower; some with tubs)
• Ample closet space
• Flat-screen TV

1 bedroom is on the ground floor; the remaining 3 are upstairs. Two upstairs bedrooms open to a large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course.

Ground Floor:

• Spacious living room divided into two zones: a lounge area and a larger seating area with a sofa.
• Open-plan kitchen and dining room (fully equipped for meals—or hire a private chef for an extra fee).
• Direct access to the furnished terrace, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, and garden with golf course views.
• One ground-floor bedroom with a king bed, closet, private bathroom, and small terrace.

Upper Floor:

• Cozy TV lounge with sofas, a dedicated workspace, and sliding doors to the balcony.
• Three bedrooms:
  1. Master Suite: King bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with dual-sink vanity, shower, and tub, and balcony access.
  2. Second Bedroom: King bed, closet, private bathroom, and shared balcony access.
