Location:
Villa Blanca is located within Puntacana Resort & Club, a private resort and residential community with private entrance and 24-hour security.
The villa is conveniently situated less than 3 miles from Punta Cana International Airport. Just a 10-minute drive, and you’ll arrive at Villa Blanca. If you wish to explore the local area outside the property, Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and can be easily accessed via a rental car or our pre-arranged shuttle service ($).
Villa Blanca sits on 1.5 acres of land with magnificent views of the La Cana Golf Course, a 27-hole championship course designed by P.B. Dye, featuring 4 oceanfront holes and 14 with ocean views.
The beach is approximately 0.65 miles from the villa! The easiest way to reach it is by taking a short walk down the street, crossing the golf course, and strolling through the driving range to arrive at La Cana Golf Clubhouse. You’ll be dipping into the ocean in no time! Playa Serena, the nearby beach, is one of Punta Cana's most pristine. This beach features fine white sand, and the ocean is very shallow—perfect for swimmers of all ages!
If you prefer a beach with a bit more activity, you can easily visit Playa Blanca Beach Club, located just 2.2 km from the villa.
The Space:
Villa Blanca is a luxurious 10,000 sq. ft. (929 m²) villa on two levels with 6 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 guest bedrooms located outside in individual guest bungalows.
As you enter Villa Blanca through the illuminated columned entrance, you cross a picturesque wooden bridge with manicured gardens on either side.
The villa’s cool interiors invite you to relax and enjoy your vacation in the comfort of a private home. The villa is elegant and offers a laid-back atmosphere where you can spend quality time with family and friends.
The villa is air-conditioned but also offers plenty of outdoor space if you prefer the feel of the warm Caribbean air. Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool or soaking in the jacuzzi. Enjoy a delicious lunch served on the terrace overlooking the golf course, take a nap by the pool, and let the Caribbean breeze carry you away…
Villa Blanca also features two large rooftop terraces, perfect for morning yoga or simply relaxing with a book in a private space.
Downstairs:
The first guest bungalow suite is located in the beautiful garden in front of the main house and offers spacious accommodations with a king bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and full bathroom.
The second guest bungalow suite is located by the pool, overlooking the golf course. This room features a king bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and full bathroom.
Walk through the stunning entrance of the main house, and you’ll immediately feel the warm tropical breeze welcoming you home.
The spacious kitchen, TV/game room, living room, and formal dining room are located on the first (ground) floor.
Upstairs:
The 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom (1,000 sq. ft.) features a king canopy bed, flat-screen TV, a sitting area, a vanity with plenty of closet space, and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The second bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony and two rooftop terraces with stunning views of the golf course.
The third bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, a vanity, and a Jack & Jill bathroom.
The fourth bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, a Jack & Jill bathroom, and direct access to the balcony and two rooftop terraces with breathtaking views of the golf course.

Villa Staff:
During your stay at Villa Blanca, you’ll have a maid, a butler, and a chef included. Your personal chef will prepare all your meals for you to enjoy at the villa (groceries are not included). The maid will come daily to clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens. The butler will assist you and the staff at the villa, serve drinks and food, and more. The butler resides in the adjacent staff quarters located behind the kitchen.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you may need during your visit, such as transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, spa treatments, golf tee times, event tickets, and nightclub access, if not pre-arranged before arrival. Additional fees apply to all extra services. Our villa managers speak at least English and Spanish and will be on-site to welcome you when you arrive and be available throughout your stay.
Pre-Arrival Concierge Services:
Once you book Villa Blanca, our in-house concierge will be at your service to help plan your stay from A to Z. You may choose from these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e., they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana, and/or Punta Cana airports
- Rental cars and other transportation options
- Golf cart rentals (for convenient transportation within the resort; not for use on the golf courses)
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
